Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refunds

Please note: The partial COD amount collected at the time of order confirmation is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation before shipment, cancellation after shipment, returns, or refusal to accept the parcel.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.
